This was a real positive experience
I had some questions that could not be found on the web site so I decided to call the reservation number. The young lady that I spoke with was pleasant and if she did not have an answer she found it, very professional. This was a real positive experience. I am glad that I called instead of just doing the on line reservation.

Anytime I'm in the Asheville area, this hotel is my first choice.
I've stayed at this hotel several times in 2014. The staff are always polite and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Anytime I'm in the Asheville area, this hotel is my first choice.
