  • Amie Prescott

    Certified Pilates Instructor

Amie has been active in all areas of fitness for her entire adult life but it wasn’t until she found Pilates that her passion for movement and fitness would turn into a career. She started taking group classes 5 years ago and fell in love with the movements, the challenge, and several other benefits Pilates offers and as they say, the rest is history! - Amie has training in both classical and contemporary Pilates and although she loves the classical work and recognizes the value in what Joseph Pilates created, she gravitates more towards the contemporary exercises that can be done with the Pilates equipment. Amie also truly believes that if Joseph were alive today he would be proud of the progression and advancements that have been made to his impressive repertoire and not want it boxed up into a series of exercises that should never evolve or improve.

  • Chelsi Kizerian

    Certified Pilates Instructor

I’m passionate about my family, good food, and Pilates! My favorite quote from joseph Pilates is “the mind, when housed within a healthful body, possesses a glorious sense of power.” There is power in the ability to be in control of our bodies. I believe the mind, together with the body, is a brilliant tool to our happiness as we enjoy our lives. We are meant to move, and movement heals! My own experiences with Pilates over the years have driven my passion to forever be a part of the Pilates lifestyle. Not only has it strengthened me from the inside out, and balanced me from top to bottom, it was also the meaningful factor that helped my scoliosis heal by 8 degrees! I love physical fitness in all of its varieties, but have found that most people don’t realize how good their bodies were meant to feel until they have incorporated Pilates into their lives. Many different fad exercise plans come and go. Some work great but come with the result of sore, tight muscles, wreaking havoc on the joints and even wear down the discs of the spine. Pilates is the opposite and empowers people to be in control of their own general health and well-being through conscious exercise, mindful breathing, and movement education. I am a Pilates nerd and am beyond giddy when I get to play around with creative movement and body awareness based on fundamental Pilates exercises. I have enjoyed my time learning about the amazing human body through my anatomy and physiology background, dance education, exercise and nutritional studies, Club Pilates certification, and Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) certification. For the past fifteen years, I have had the joy of exploring Pilates, studying it, learning it, doing it, and applying it in my own life and teaching others to do the same. Pilates is a gift! I enjoy being the one who gets to share it with others as I watch them benefit the same way I have.

  • Maddie Warren

    Certified Pilates Instructor

Maddie grew up as a dancer and danced her way through high school and college. As a dancer she learned a little bit about Pilates and always enjoyed when we would practice it. Maddie is passionate about health and how to take better care of her body. She has a degree in Exercise and Wellness from BYU and is a fully certified Pilates Instructor. Maddie enjoys learning new Pilates exercises and mastering them so she can watch others master them as well. One of her favorite things about Pilates is there is always something new to learn. I never get bored with it. Maddie loves to eat, travel (somewhere with a beach preferably), read a good romance novel, and spend time with her husband.

  • Marci Anderson

    Certified Pilates Instructor

Marci is a Salt Lake girl born and raised. When she was 7 months pregnant with her first baby she graduated from UVU with a degree in Philosophy. After college she spent several years being nomadic before she and her small family settled down back in Salt Lake once again. Running and racing had long been a passion of hers. She practiced yoga regularly to help offset the tightness that comes from distance running and eventually certified as an instructor. After years of teaching yoga and maintaining a fulfilling practice but still finding a great deal of restriction and in her movement, an Ultra Marathon running friend suggested she try Pilates. It was the promise of increased speed and recovery from long runs that swayed her to finally give it a try. She took to it immediately and shortly after began the year long certification process. Downtown Salt Lake and Sugarhouse became familiar territory as she bounced around from Studio to Studio learning the brakes as a newly certified instructor. In 2016 and with only 3 Pilates years under her belt it was baptism by fire as she began running the Pilates Department at Lifetime Fitness. She worked closely with personal trainers and recovery therapists and gained a deeper understanding of common injuries and the best modifications. In August of 2017 she joined the Club Pilates team. She now teaches at all four locations specializing in TRX and Ballet Barre movement. She loves to incorporate philosophies from her yoga practice and elements of body sculpting in every class

  • Brandon Perry

    Certified Pilates Instructor

Brandon Perry was born and raised in Utah. At a young age he began his career in ballroom dance where he was able to compete, perform and travel the world with various studios and university performance teams. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelors in Family Life and Social Science. It was also around this time that he began his own personal journey into the world of Pilates with its cross training capabilities and emphasis on balance in the body. Brandon recently completed his Pilates instructor certification through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. With his background in dance, Brandon approaches his Pilates and instructional training with the idea of finding the core and center balance of the body. He finds Pilates to be the most effective form of exercise for cross training, rehabilitation and overall improvement of physical and mental wellbeing.

  • Catherine Wiggins

    Certified Pilates Instructor

Catherine began her teaching career in 2002, earning a certification as a personal trainer, and later becoming a yoga and group fitness instructor. Before her fitness career, she completed her degree in Chemical Engineering and worked as a project engineer in Houston, Texas. Over the years she has taught numerous formats including yoga, strength training, HIIT, mat Pilates, hi/low and step aerobics, kickboxing, and Zumba. When Catherine tried reformer pilates at Club Pilates Lehi in 2017, it was love at first sight! Her Pilates practice helped her body heal from the effects of teaching high intensity classes for years. This new discovery energized her passion for fitness, and led her to complete the 500-hour comprehensive training through Club Pilates. She hopes to help all students find their unique way to move with self-compassion and joy through Pilates. She lives in Lehi with her husband, four children, two cats, and her beloved Lab, Honey. In her free time she loves to read, watch comedies, bullet journal, write, and chill with her dog.
